About me
With over 21 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. Originally from the UK, Julie settled on the Gold Coast in 1999 and began her Commercial Real Estate career.
Having been the head of the Gold Coast Commercial Asset Management Team for an international Agency Julie founded her own independent Commercial Agency in 2008 so that she could provide a more personal, hands-on approach which she thrives on and believes clients want and deserve.
Julie is known for her excellent problem-solving abilities, her determination to not only get the job done but to get it done well and her willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of clients. Jullie strongly believes that the key to an excellent Real Estate Agent lies in consistent and effective communication, a friendly, firm but flexible and respectful approach to the task in hand and a hunger to enhance their own skills and knowledge to be the best that they can be.
Julie is degree qualified with numerous accolades to her name and holds full Real Estate Licences for both Queensland and New South Wales.
